The Road Trip
NEWSCHANNEL 5 reporters Will Ripley and Polo Sandoval, along with photojournalist Gene De La Cruz, drove to Denver to cover the Democratic National Convention. After that, they headed to Minnesota for the Republican National Convention.
Along the road and between filing stories, they recorded video blogs.
I always enjoy a glimpse behind the scenes. And while knowing the guys' breakfast orders and that they worked sitting next to trash cans might not seem like much, I think the blogs are fun to watch.
